Payment Methods:
We accept PayWave and PayNow only. We do not accept cash. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of prevailing taxes.
Product Availability:
Product availability may vary. While we strive to maintain adequate stock levels, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items at all times. Please consult with our retail staff for information regarding stock status, or for assistance in ordering items if necessary.
Returns and Exchanges:
Kindly note that all sales are final and we strictly do not offer refunds.
Exchanges:
- Item(s) must be in their original condition — unopened, unused, untested, and in original packaging.
- A proof of purchase is required (either a physical receipt or Shopify order confirmation email). We are unable to process any exchanges without valid proof of purchase.
- Exchanges are only applicable to regular-priced items purchased directly from our official retail store or online store.
- Exchanges are limited to a direct shade exchange, example Dream Skin Tint or Lip Treat Oil.
- For exchanges to lower-value items, no refunds or reimbursements will be provided.
- Each receipt is valid for a one-time exchange only.
- We do not accept exchanges for products purchased through third-party retailers (e.g. iShopChangi, Tanjong Beach Club).
Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
– Wrong product received
– Wrong shade or variant received
– Product received is damaged or defective (e.g., leakage, broken packaging, missing components)
Non-Exchangeable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-exchangeable:
– Opened or used products
– Items without original packaging
– Promotional or clearance items
Personal Data:
We may collect limited personal information during transactions (e.g. contact details for order verification). Your information will be handled confidentially and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. It will never be sold or shared without your consent.
Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, ROMI Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our products. Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item in question
