1. Retail Associate (Full-Time/Part-Time) 

    Responsibilities

    1. Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
    2. Maintain the store’s cleanliness and overall presentation.
    3. Handle cashier duties.
    4. Maintain strong product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations and ensure every customer receives high-quality service.
    5. Uphold excellent customer service standards, handling enquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
    6. Manage inventory efficiently, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing stock.
    7. Assist with general store operations and support the team with day-to-day tasks as needed.

     Requirements

    • Full-time commitment: 40 hours a week including weekends 
    • Part-time commitment: Weekends 
    • Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
    • Passionate about the beauty retail industry & customer interaction
    • Experience in working within the retail environment (Beauty retail is a plus, no experience is welcome to apply)
    • Self motivated, open-minded, proactive with high integrity level
    • Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong adaptability skills in a fast paced environment

    2. Creative Intern

    We’re on the lookout for creative, curious, and passionate students to join our team as Creative Interns. Our internship programme is designed to provide hands-on experience, exposure to real-world projects, and opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

    Whether you're pursuing a Degree or Diploma, we welcome students from all creative disciplines — as long as you're currently enrolled in school.

      Responsibilities

      1. Assist with creating visually engaging designs for marketing materials, social media, websites, and other digital assets.
      2. Support the marketing team with campaign planning, content creation, and execution.
      3. Contribute creative ideas for ongoing and future marketing initiatives.
      4. Assist in photoshoots and editing for website and social content.
      5. Create and deliver launch and campaign collateral and other assigned content within the given timeline.
      6. Work closely with multiple teams and creatives to design and create material for various campaigns or collaterals across online and offline channels.

      Requirements

      • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.
      • An eye for good design, composition, and layout.
      • Knowledge of social media channels (mainly Instagram, Facebook and TikTok).
      • Minimum 3 months.
      • A strong interest in creative work (design, content, branding, etc.).

      • Currently pursuing a Degree or Diploma in a design-related programme (must be an active student.

      3. Part Time Packer 

        Responsibilities

        1. Assist with order fulfilment, packing, and stock taking
        2. Manage and update inventory records
        3. Ensure the office remains clean and tidy
        4. Support stock movement and unpacking during shipment arrivals

        Requirements

        • Able to commit a minimum of 4 hours per day (1–2 days a week)
        • Availability on an ad-hoc, non-regular basis
        • Willing to be on standby when needed
