Domestic Orders
(Singapore)

All domestic packages are dispatched via courier delivery at a flat rate of S$4.50 per package for orders below S$75.

Delivery is free on all orders above S$75.

It would take generally 3-7 working days upon order confirmation to reach your premise.

Do note that parcels might exceed the expected timeframe for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, delays on the courier's part etc.

All packages include tracking and require signature confirmation upon delivery (unless otherwise specified in order's additional details).

For unsuccessful deliveries, the courier will attempt to contact you to arrange for a free redelivery.

International Orders
(Malaysia)

All Malaysian orders are dispatched via Ninjavan courier delivery. We offer international courier delivery at S$5 for West Malaysia and S$8 for East Malaysia, for orders below S$75.

Delivery is free on all orders above S$75.

It would take generally 5-10 working days (West Malaysia) and 7-12 working days (East Malaysia) upon order confirmation to reach your premise.

International Orders
(Asia & the Pacific, including Australia and New Zealand)

All international packages are dispatched via DHL international courier delivery. We offer international courier delivery starting from S$25 or more, depending on the weight of the package.

It would take generally 5-10 working days upon order confirmation to reach your premise.

(Europe and North America)

All international packages are dispatched via DHL international courier delivery. We offer international courier delivery starting from S$35 or more, depending on the weight of the package.

It would take generally 7-12 working days upon order confirmation to reach your premise.

International Orders
(South America and Rest of the World)

All international packages are dispatched via DHL international courier delivery. We offer international courier delivery starting from S$100 or more, depending on the weight of the package.

It would take generally 10-15 working days upon order confirmation to reach your premise.

Do note that parcels might exceed the expected timeframe for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, delays on the courier's part etc.

All packages include tracking and require signature confirmation upon delivery (unless otherwise specified in order's additional details).

For unsuccessful deliveries, the courier will attempt to contact you to arrange for a free redelivery.

 

Estimation of delivery timings does not include peak periods and customs delays. Orders will ship out within 3 working days (we don't ship on weekends). We are not responsible for unattended delivery packages or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by ROMI BEAUTY, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. For more information, please check with your local carrier for custom and tax fees, if applicable.

ORDER CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR OPEN ORDERS

Please be aware that, once we have started to process your order, we are unable to process order cancellations. If you have recently placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact admin@romibeautyclub.com as soon as possible and they will advise on whether or not order cancellation is possible. Depending on the stage of order processing your order is at, your refund may have a processing fee incurred, which our customer service team will communicate with you prior to proceeding with the order cancellation. 

Please be aware that, once we have started to process your order, we are unable to make any amendments to the shipping address. Changes made to your contact / shipping details in your user account will only be applied to your next order, and will not be reflected in any existing orders you have. If you become aware of a mistake in the shipping address of an order you have placed, please contact admin@romibeautyclub.com as soon as possible and they will try to help reroute your order. If your order is unable to be rerouted / wrongly delivered as a result of an incorrect shipping address, we are unable to refund the order amount or replace the wrongly delivered items. 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We package our products safely and securely to avoid damages. All sales are considered final. We do not offer exchanges or returns unless in the event of defective products or incorrect products received. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately.

Products damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refunds. Refunds and delivery costs incurred will be credited back to your original method of payment. 
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging with safety seal intact. Your defective/incorrect product(s) may only be exchanged for the same product(s) you ordered. All return packages should be trackable and shipped with the returns form. Returns will be processed within 3-5 working days days of being received.
