Shipping Policy

Local Orders (Singapore):

  1. We offer a flat courier rate of S$4.50 for orders below S$75, while delivery is free for orders above S$75.

  2. Once your package is picked up by our courier, it typically takes 3-5 working days to reach you. Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include our internal order processing time, which takes 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  3. Delivery times may also be extended during peak periods.

  4. To ensure the safety of both our staff and customers, we regret to inform you that self-collection at our office is not available. All orders will be fulfilled via courier delivery.

International Orders (Malaysia):

  1. We provide international shipping to Malaysia via Ninja Van.

  2. Shipping costs are S$5 for West Malaysia and S$8 for East Malaysia on orders below S$75, and free for orders above S$75.

  3. Delivery typically takes 5-10 working days to West Malaysia and 7-12 working days to East Malaysia after order confirmation.

International Orders (Worldwide):

  1. We offer international shipping via DHL Express, starting from S$20 or more, depending on the weight of the items.

  2. Delivery takes 5-12 working days upon order confirmation to reach your premise.

  3. Your parcel may be subject to customs taxes and duties upon arrival in the destination country.

  4. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

  5. These charges are determined by local customs policies, and ROMI Beauty has no control over them. If you have questions, please contact your local courier or customs office.

General Notes:

  1. Delivery timelines exclude peak periods and customs delays.

  2. Orders are processed within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment verification.

  3. ROMI Beauty is not responsible for unattended delivery packages, incorrect shipping addresses, or failed deliveries.

  4. Redelivery costs due to incorrect addresses will not be covered, and refunds will not be issued for returned packages.

  5. If you require your package urgently, please email our customer service team at orders@romibeautyclub.com before making your purchase to confirm if delivery will be feasible within your desired timeframe.
